If you are paying by check your item will ship upon clearing. This usually takes 7-10 business days.
Sales Tax:
Ohio residents will be charged sales tax of 7.5% on all purchases with NyKc Sports. Anyone living outside of this region is responsible for any taxes incurred from their respective state or government officials.
Shipping:
All items are carefully packaged and shipped First Class via USPS, unless otherwise specified. We take care in assuring your items are packed safely and protected from shipping damage to the best of our ability.
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.
Items can be returned within 15 days from original shipping date.
Please call or notify us by email to ensure that you receive a confirmation number from us to ensure your refund is processed correctly. You will also receive further instructions on arrangements for the return of the product.
if you are returning an item you are unsatisfied with you will be responsible for return postage costs and it is expected to be returned in the same manner it was sent. (If it was sent priority, we expect it returned priority.) However if there was an item damaged in the mail or in transit we will refund you for the item entirely or replace with an item of equal value upon agreement.
Factory sealed boxes or unopened packs may not be returned. If there is a defected item, contact the manufacturer for further assistance. Furthermore memorabilia cards, graded cards and autographed items will not be refunded if tampered with or does not match up with our database.
Refund Policy:
Upon return of the item(s) they will be inspected. If the conditions listed above are not met, the product packaged safely and securely, and the confirmation number not included then no refund will be issued. However, if all the conditions of the return are met you will receive the refund within 3-5 business days.
Refunds will be issued as money back, store credit, or exchange.
